Ready Harpoons for City Government-ECP to keep Scilons out of the Gizmo

this is for the Land Use Commission, they hand out the permits for the projects. I suggest harpoons.
Send them everything we can find on how Downtown Clearwater is like with Scientology at the center. Videos, Affidavits, All legal and testimonial documentation. We need to show them the impact that it would have to have Scientology downtown near our City hall, our police, and people down there to enjoy a concert or a beer...or >9000...
I will try to figure out which rep is the downtown rep in EPC.
